Shay Bailey is wife, mother and award winning beauty and consumer tech professional.
After earning her Bachelor's degree from Oakland University in 2005, she went on to build a 15 year career in corporate beauty with LaChae Cosmetics and Estee Lauder Companies. In 2019, Shay went on to start her beauty and brand development consultancy, Shay B. Beautiful LLC. After a successful year supporting brands and creative service providers, SBB expanded to launch its first consumer tech brand, My Beauty Kit in 2020. Shay has been acknowledged for her work in the industry by several publications and online platforms. In addition to personal acknowledgement, her beauty work has been featured in Ebony, Essence, Black Enterprise, Jet Magazine, MTV, Who's Who, NFL half-time shows and film. Her clientele has included local and internationally known celebrities, change makers and politicians. In addition to running her brands, Shay sits on the Board of Advisors for the Detroit Beauty Collective and Sanitation Conversation.

Selena Burks is a Freelance Makeup Artist based in Michigan. She is originally from Indiana. Throughout her career, she has trained with Clinique and M.A.C. both Estee Lauder companies where she received completion certificate. She also trained under manywell-known cosmetics companies like Urban Decay and more. She has been doing professional makeup for 15 years.
She has worked in the bridal business where she found most her clients. Her goal is to get into editorial and work directly with photographers. In her spare time she loves spending time with herfamily and collecting purple things.
