Private Working Sessions are reserved for recurring clients. If you are not a recurring client, your session will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. For additional support, please book a Free Discovery Call to get started.

Cancelation Policy

Business Services are non-refundable. You may reschedule by giving us a 24 hour notice from the start time of the service. Please email us at hello@shaybbeautiful.com Masterclasses are non-transferable. All registered attendees will receive a replay. Beauty Services are refundable if cancelled within 24 hours.
