As I write, I can't help but think that most of us are having a week of deep reflection. As a wife and mother, I am holding my husband and daughters a little closer myself. It is healthy to reflect. In fact, I encourage you to record your thoughts as you do so. My favorite tools for recording my thoughts are my notes app, recorded voice memos, and my paper planner. Sometimes I will even send myself an email.

Recording your thoughts during moments of deep reflection can aid in your ability to channel that energy into something productive. Whether it ends up being notes for an upcoming social media post, notes for a future project or manuscript, or even talking points for a great conversation, you can inspire your future self and others around you with these moments of reflection.💋
